VOICE: Music on Hold (MOH) beeping not playing?

Sometimes the simplest of tasks can drive you nuts. For about 10 minutes now I was looking around Call Manager looking for the MOH source, server and configuration of Music on Hold. The main area for these voice settings is under the Phone configuration itself.
Here is a screen shot of my setup. You can see the default Music on Hold 16-bit PCM file here called SampleAudioSource.
The more files you upload the more will be available.
So I had that configured but no matter how much I tried I couldn't get my calls to hold with music, instead they just got that 'BEEP BEEP' noise every 10 seconds or so. The answer turned out to be very simple actually. Like most things in Call Manager MOH is a service. In the same regard as most services come switched OFF, MOH is also OFF out of the box.
The task to bring the MOH service online is quite simple. On the right hand side of the main Call Manager GUI there is a drop down. Click on Cisco Unified Serviceability then GO.
At the next screen you'll see the Music on Hold Service but it is called the Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App. Check the box next to it then click Save.
Thats it, you should now have lovely hold music. Well it's not really lovely, but it's OK.
